Profile

We have spent two years developing a new Lotus/Domino application that greatly enhances our software offering. We call this Customer Relations Management (CRM) solution Profile.

Profile on your AS/400 will assist in all aspects of customer relations  including: account management, sales notes, product information, shipping requests, customer records and maintenance tracking.

Profile is a complete customer communications and relationship management  system for Domino R5. It is easily recognized as a Sales and Marketing solution,  however, it includes Customer Service and Help Desk capabilities as well.

Using a single database, all these functions are integrated into one easy to use solution.

Because Profile is Domino-based, it works on any server.

Domino Replication is supported to allow mobile synchronization. This lets remote offices or on-the-road sales staff remain current on all types of customer communications and events.

Profile and Palm OS

Profile works with your Palm compatible handheld. Now you can have your  customer's information database available to you anywhere you travel. Service  notes, contact phone numbers or company address books can be viewed on your handheld device.

Update information from your Palm handheld and replicate to Profile on your Domino server.

Profile includes Sales and Marketing components, Customer Service and Help Desk capabilities. These functions are integrated into one easy-to-use solution.  We support this Lotus Notes/Domino-based solution on either AS/400, NT, or Windows 2000 and requires no additional database software. Notes/Domino replication is supported to allow mobile synchronization.
